Final grades, exams or academic progress are not directory information and are protected under FERPA.

To view or pay your child's bill, the student must set up an outside party as an authorized user.

FERPA regulations apply to minors enrolled in a post-secondary institution as they would for an individual age 18 or older.

父母 of a child less than 18 years of age do not have access to these educational records unless the student has granted them access to view or discuss their student information through MyMocsPASS.

• If the information requested during an emergency is necessary to protect the health and 安全 of the student, the university will release non-directory information.
• 学生接触 & 支持 should also be contacted in the case of a crisis or emergency.

Without a MyMocsPASS account, you can request directory information.

The student, however, has the right to withhold any directory information from any third party.

The enrollment status of 一个学生, i.e. part-time, full-time, etc., is considered directory information and may be obtained by third parties so long as the student has not withheld directory information from third parties. Enrollment verifications may be obtained through the National Student Clearinghouse.
